Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in Human Resources and possess 1-3 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The candidate should be skilled in cold calling, proficient in using job portals, and have a creative approach to digital recruitment. As an HR Recruiter at Accrualify India Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring top-tier talent to support our company's growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Conduct cold calling and direct outreach to potential candidates.

• Screen resumes and applications, and perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.

• Utilize creative digital strategies to attract and engage potential candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

• Strong experience in cold calling and sourcing candidates through job portals.

• Creative approach to digital recruitment and candidate engagement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
