Job Title:Assistant Pharma-Nutraceutical Production Manager Company:Kanakaveda Nutraceuticals Location:Vasai East, Maharashtra CTC:₹3.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA Experience Required:Minimum 3 years Industry:Nutraceuticals, Vitamins, Protein Blend, Health Supplements, Medicines, etc About the Role: Kanakaveda Nutraceuticals is seeking a qualified and experiencedAssistant Pharma-Nutraceutical Production Managerwith a strong background in formulation and development ofNutraceuticals, Health Supplements , andHerbal / Medicinaldosage forms. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who is passionate about product development, quality-driven manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Overseeformulation & developmentof solid dosage forms (e.g., tablets, capsules),liquid dosageforms (oral & topical), andsemi-solid topicalformulations. Collaborate with theManufacturingteam to ensure smooth batch execution and documentation as per GMP. Coordinate withQA/QC ,Regulatory Affairs ,Purchase , andAccounts/Financedepartments for seamless product lifecycle management. Ensurecompliance with FSSAI, FDA, AYUSH, and other regulatory normsrelated to product development and production. Maintain and review allbatch manufacturing records , process validation reports, and SOPs. Monitor production schedules, process optimization, and reduce downtime. Supportnew product development (NPD)andtechnology transferfrom R&D to manufacturing. Maintain material requirement planning (MRP) in coordination with purchase and inventory. Candidate Profile: Educational Qualification:B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Nutraceuticals / Pharmaceuticals) Minimum3 years of hands-on experiencein production/formulation ofNutraceuticals / Health Supplements/Herbal/ products. Familiarity withFSSAI ,GMP ,FDAmanufacturing guidelines. Strong interpersonal, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills. Proficiency in managing teams and handling production floor operations.
