**DESIGNATION**: Production Executive/Manager - Nutraceutical Products (Vitamin premixes, powder food products)
- **LOCATION**: South Delhi - Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1
- **JOB DESCRIPTION**: Minimum 3-5 years prior experience of manufacturing vitamin premixes (liquids, powders, beverages) working in a Nutraceutical/Pharma Consumer Products company. Must have knowledge of developing new formulations by reverse engineering from product labels / product. Should have experience of:

- Raw material and packing material purchase, including testing of raw-materials and finished goods and inventory management.
- Quality control and ensure manufacturing of products of consistently high quality complying to FSSAI, Drug & Cosmetics, and BIS standards.
- Recruiting, training and managing workforce including operations management.
- Setting up plant, evaluating, purchasing, installing and operating plant/equipment including maintenance.
- Quality assurance, root-cause-analysis (RCA) and making rectification in formulations and processes.
- Developing product formulations, calculate BOM, make Manufacturing Process, product SOPs, MSDS.
- Laying down process parameters and adherence to FSSC 22000, ISO, GMP, SOP, Halal, Kosher, HACCP, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, RCA and their documentations.
- Regulatory compliance of FSSAI, Drug & Cosmetics, FSSC 22000, ISO, GMP, HACCP, Factory Act, Labour Act, Pollution Control Act etc.
- Regulatory record maintenance viz. Job Card, BMR, Quality Control records, COA, and Stock/Inventory Registers etc.
- Being abreast with latest technologies, and be savvy with using computers and Tally-9 ERP.
- Certification & audits of FSSAI, Drugs & Cosmetics, FSSC 22000, ISO, GMP and other certification and audits.
- Working in a Nutraceutical/Phrama/Consumer Products company.
- Having prior experience of manufacturing vitamin premixes (liquids, powders, beverages).
- Who can develop BOM of new products by from label claim / product.
- Having experience of seting-up new plant (powder, liquids, beverages).
- Having experience of regulatory compliance of FSSAI, Drug & Cosmetics, GMP, Factory Act, Pollution Control etc.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and savvy in using Excel.
- **EDUCATION**: B-Pharma/M-Pharma/Food Technologist, preferably with MBA
- **AGE**: Not exceeding 50 years
