Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilledSenior NetSuite Consultantto join our team. This individual will serve as a NetSuite architect and implementation consultant, leading end-to-end implementations with a focus onFinancials First ,Social Impact, Grant Management, and Manufacturing SKUs . The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting expertise, deep experience acrossfinancials ,non-profit, healthcare, and/or manufacturingsectors, and a proven track record of successfully deliveringat least 10 NetSuite implementations . Additional skills implementing NetSuite Planning and Budgeting and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse are highly desirable.Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture:Design and implement scalable NetSuite solutions that align with client business processes, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Implementation Leadership:Lead all phases of the NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and user training. Industry Expertise:Leverage experience inaccounting, municipal governments, non-profits, healthcare, and/or manufacturingto provide industry-specific guidance, ensuring optimal NetSuite utilization. Social Impact & Grant Management:Configure and optimize NetSuite’sSocial ImpactandGrant Managementmodules for non-profit organizations, ensuring compliance and funding transparency. Manufacturing Expertise:Implement and optimizeManufacturing SKUs , including demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory management. Accounting & Finance Support:Assist withchart of accounts design, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and complianceto support client financial operations. Integration & Customization:Work with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk to integrate NetSuite with third-party applications and develop custom workflows. Excellent writing skills to create technical requirements documents for custom scripting is required. Experience in writing integration design documents and business requirements documents is also required. Client Training & Support:Provide training and post-go-live support to ensure user adoption and ongoing success.Qualifications & Requirements 10+ successful NetSuite implementationswith lead roles in solution architecture. Strong background inaccountingwith knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience in at leastoneof the following industries:Non-Profit, Healthcare, or Manufacturing . Expertise inNetSuite Social Impact, Grant Management, and/or Manufacturing SKUs . NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Administrator and/or Advanced Revenue Management) required. Proficiency inNetSuite Planning and Budgeting, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse ,SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalkis a big plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to lead client engagements, manage stakeholders, and provide strategic ERP guidance.Why Join Us?
