Customer Representative
to join our team and provide exceptional support to our users.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.Assist users in understanding and utilizing Ayur.AI's services effectively.Provide personalized guidance based on Ayurveda principles.Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience.Gather customer feedback to enhance Ayur.AI's services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer support.Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Experience in customer service or support roles.Interest in Ayurveda, health, and wellness (preferred but not required).Basic technical skills to navigate support tools and platforms.Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
