Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively manage and oversee the operations of the Authorized Service Partner (ASP) channel within the assigned region.

- ASP Onboarding: Possess a strong understanding and proven experience in the appointment and onboarding process of new Authorized Service Partners.

- Implement strategies and initiatives to significantly increase the pickup quantity of service requests generated through the ASP network.

- Drive lead generation activities through the ASP channel to expand service reach and potential revenue streams.

- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of picked-up items/units from the ASP locations to the Beetel Warehouse.

- Identify the root causes of any shortcomings in pickup quantities and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions to drive improvements.

- Maintain accurate MIS (Management Information Systems) and generate regular reports on ASP performance, pickup quantities, and other key metrics.

- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective mailing and stakeholder communication.

- Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation, and Microsoft PowerPoint for creating Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.

- 5+ years of relevant experience within the DTH industry, excluding Airtel.

- Prior experience in after-sales service, customer service, or onboarding lead roles is essential.

- Proven experience in managing and developing an ASP (Authorized Service Partner) Channel.

- Good understanding and practical experience in ASP operations.

- Strong knowledge of the processes involved in appointing and onboarding new ASPs.

- Demonstrated ability to increase pickup quantities and drive lead generation through the ASP channel.

- Experience in managing the logistics of transporting goods from ASP locations to a central warehouse (Beetel Warehouse experience is a plus).

- Ability to identify root causes of performance issues and implement effective action plans.

- Good working knowledge of MIS / Reporting / Mailing systems and practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
