As a Sourcing Talent Advisor / Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent to meet the client organization's technical staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, source candidates from various job boards. Your expertise in technology and strong communication skills will be essential in building a pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Experience Required: 2+ years with strong IT sourcing skills
- Necessary Skills: Strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management
Primary Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards ( : Is a must ), social media, professional networks, and internal databases, to identify potential candidates.
- Provide internal business teams with valuable information on IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and career advancement.
- Proactively build a pipeline of IT professionals across various roles.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure data integrity.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and staying informed about market developments.
- Track key metrics to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
- Maintain transparent and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Required Skill-Set & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of corporate experience, preferably in a staffing or HR environment.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
