You will be responsible for Supply chain, vendor management, procurement, and inventory optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing that supports our growing D2C brand.Location: Full-time position, based out of HyderabadRoles and Responsibilities:● Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.● Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions.● Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.● Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.● Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.● Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.● Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs● Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes.● Stay updated with industry trends and regulations relevant to procurement.Skill sets:● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.● Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.● Strong knowledge of Supply chain, Operations and Procurements principles and practices.● Excellent negotiation and communication skills.● Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.● Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office● Attention to detail and strong analytical skillsBe a part of Earthful's Family
