Sales and Business Development- Identify and engage potential clients in key B2B segments - Initiate outreach via calls, emails, and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. - Track and manage sales progress to achieve and exceed targets.2. Customer Engagement and Acquisition- Deliver compelling sales pitches, addressing client needs and resolving objections effectively. - Oversee seamless customer onboarding, ensuring a positive transition to Convogenie.ai services.3. Product Expertise and Demonstrations- Conduct tailored product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and ROI for potential clients. - Provide technical support during demonstrations to instil client confidence and gather valuable feedback.4. Strategic Growth and Market Insights- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify areas for innovation and growth.5. Client Relationship Management- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely support and issue resolution. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.6.
