The brand continues to scale rapidly with a strong presence across major cities and a focus on sustainable urban living solutions.Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to spearhead brand-building initiatives and drive impactful marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms. This role demands a strong understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, market research, and go-to-market strategies.The right candidate will blend creativity with analytical skills, ensuring that every brand touchpoint resonates with the target audience while contributing to business growth.Job DescriptionBrand Strategy & Positioning- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, preference, and long-term equity. - Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.Marketing Campaigns- Plan and manage end-to-end 360° campaigns (ATL, BTL & Digital). - Collaborate with creative, media, and activation agencies to design and execute effective campaigns.Digital & Social Media- Strengthen the brand’s digital presence through content marketing, influencer programs, and performance marketing. - Track engagement metrics to continuously optimize reach and impact.Market Analysis & Insights- Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify opportunities and emerging trends. - Use insights to guide product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing with business objectives. - Partner with regional teams to deliver impactful localized campaigns.Brand Performance Tracking- Track brand health, campaign ROI, and key metrics. - Present performance reports and insights to leadership regularly.Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills- Brand Management Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies and positioning. - Campaign Management: Hands-on experience in planning and executing 360° campaigns (ATL, BTL & digital). - Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and content marketing. - Market Research & Consumer Insights: Ability to conduct and interpret consumer/competitor research to shape marketing strategies. - Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of brand health tracking, campaign ROI measurement, and data-driven decision-making. - Agency & Stakeholder Management: Experience managing creative, media, and activation agencies, along with internal cross-functional teams. - Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for internal alignment and external brand storytelling. - Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timely delivery.About WinnerBrandsAt WinnerBrands, we are on a mission to create a community of the brightest marketing minds to deliver impactful, rewarding, and purposeful work by collaborating, contributing & co-learning with smart peers.
