Backed by a robust sales and marketing engine, and a thriving channel partner ecosystem, we continue to scale rapidly and strengthen our leadership position in the industry.Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior leader to head Channel Sales & Marketing, responsible for driving partner-led revenue growth and building strong preference among channel partners. This role requires a blend of sales leadership, marketing acumen, and operational excellence to build sustainable, scalable partner networks.Job Description- Lead and mentor a large team to drive channel partner sales performance. - Build and strengthen channel partner relationships, ensuring growth in number of active partners, site visits, and sales contribution. - Design and implement a structured channel partner program focused on engagement, loyalty, and sales growth. - Plan and execute an annual calendar of activities to drive revenue through channel partners, aligned with budgets and commission structures. - Enhance brand consideration and preference among channel partners and their customers through consistent engagement and tracking brand metrics. - Establish and oversee a robust backend process for partner commission claims—ensuring timely clearance, adherence to SOPs, and audit compliance.Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills- Proven experience in channel sales within the real estate industry, with strong networks to drive both hiring and business development. - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. - Solid understanding of brand and business fundamentals through previous experience in marketing and/or direct sales.Preferred traits- Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to manage complexity, lead a large team, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.About WinnerBrandsAt WinnerBrands, we are on a mission to create a community of the brightest marketing minds to deliver impactful, rewarding, and purposeful work by collaborating, contributing & co-learning with smart peers.
