Responsibilities

  • Manage Customer Relationships on a day-to-day basis and focus on delivering a superior customer experience
  • Support a team of Onsite / Field Engineers and facilitate a smooth issue resolution - be it a Breakdown service or Preventive Maintenance Service
  • Make sure you own and resolve every customer issue by closely working with the Field Team. Make sure you take end-2-end ownership of issues
  • Following up on Customer Satisfaction Survey / Feedback - Reporting CSAT score every week to the leadership team along with driving corrective actions
  • Generating Monthly MIS reports and review with the management team on performance and corrective actions
  • Support all types of calls with end-2-end ownership
  • Multi-task and ability to work within timelines
  • Collaborate with all cross-functional teams - especially Services Sales on enhancing Post Sales, AMC experience.
  • Meeting people and making presentations for generation of AMC inquiries
  • Provide Operational backup assigning calls management and making AMc and retrofit + repair quote.
