Job Responsibilities

We're scaling fast-blazing-fast-and need a high-agency Director of Product to lead our Platform team.

The role is a combination of building zero-to-one and one-to-ten product lines, with Gen AI and Agentic AI focus to create new age experiences for the Automotive industry faster, smarter, and bolder than anyone else.

You'll own the product vision, strategy, and execution for our AI-powered portfolio, leading 2-4 PMs and working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, AI, design, and GTM teams.

What will you do?

- Dealer Platform Ownership (App, Web, API).

- Build smart, self-learning interfaces (mobile/web) that adapt to dealer behavior and drive outcomes.

- Lead development of APIs and services that enable automation and intelligent interactions across systems.

- Embed Agentic AI capabilities like proactive recommendations, real-time nudges, and conversational flows into the dealer experience.

- Design systems that allow agents to act on behalf of users-automating photo audits, inventory publishing, pricing optimizations, etc.

- Build Core Business Platforms (Users, Billing, Revenue, Resellers).

- Architect modular and AI-augmented user, billing, and reseller systems.

- Enable autonomous agent actions like: detecting billing anomalies, initiating upsell nudges, resolving credit issues, or suspending non-compliant accounts.

- Power a reseller network with tools that drive self-service, policy enforcement, and scalable partner success via AI assistants.

- Drive Internal Automation with Agentic AI.

- Build internal tools that function as co-pilots for Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and HR.

- Enable AI agents to generate reports, schedule follow-ups, escalate risk, and suggest campaign ideas without human intervention.

- Automate onboarding, revenue leakage tracking, payout reconciliations, and internal approvals through intelligent workflows.

- Platform Security, Performance & Scalability.

- Define the framework for secure, scalable, and high-performing systems that support AI agents acting independently.

- Collaborate with engineering to ensure observability, self-healing behaviors, and fail-safe mechanisms are in place for autonomous actions.

- Ensure compliance, access controls, and audit trails are AI-aware and proactive in risk mitigation.

Leadership and Execution

- Set product vision and roadmap aligned with Spyne's AI-first platform strategy.

- Manage, mentor, and grow a world-class product team that thrives on innovation and speed.

- Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM leaders to execute rapidly with user-first thinking.

What you must have?.

- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading product teams.

- Proven track record of successfully launching AI/ML products at scale.

- Experience with Computer Vision and/or LLM technologies and their practical applications.

- Strong technical background with ability to collaborate effectively with ML/AI engineering teams.

- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.

- Exceptional communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to define and measure success metrics.

- Hands-on experience with product development tools (e., Figma, Jira) and basic familiarity with LLM APIs (e., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
