Role Description

This is a full-time Director WiFi SW Engineering role at T3L located in the Greater Chennai Area, Bangalore of NCR -Delhi , offering flexibility for remote work. The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of WiFi software engineering projects, managing a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in WiFi technologies on Qualcomm and Mediatek Chipset
  • Experience with Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 SW development platfrom is a must have
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing engineering and Quality teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
