The Data Analyst (PMO) at Muthoot Fincorp Limited (MFL) will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across various organizational functions. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, a focus on detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The role is central to optimizing business performance and providing insights that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop frameworks for efficient data management across the organization.

- Collect, analyze, and manage data from both internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to aid in project management.

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain data models, forecasting tools, and statistical analyses to support predictive and prescriptive analytics.

- Apply advanced data analytics techniques (e.g., regression analysis, machine learning) to uncover hidden patterns and forecast future trends.

- Utilize data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI for effective data manipulation and analysis.

- Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data and recommending optimizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g.-, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to gather data requirements and align insights with organizational goals.

- Effectively communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders, including senior management.

- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Work closely with IT and data teams to enhance data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and tool integration.

Education & Experience :

- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science or any related field.
