Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring excellent client servicing.- Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.- Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to provide tailored solutions.- Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to ensure timely delivery of services.- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.- Track account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients.- Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.- Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and activities in CRM & Skills- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 3-7 years of proven experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build trust and manage relationships at all organizational levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).- Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed client expectations (ref:iimjobs.com)
