Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with finance teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.- Translate requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and new implementations.- Perform financial data analysis to support business decisions and identify areas of improvement.- Collaborate with IT and product teams to implement solutions aligned with financial and business needs.- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for financial performance monitoring.- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend process improvements.- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as required.- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth adoption of financial systems and tools.- Provide training and documentation for finance teams on new processes or systems.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the finance domain.- Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting, and analysis.- Hands-on experience with ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).- Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
