We're Hiring – Sr. ServiceNow Consultant

Clyptus Software Solutions is looking for an experienced Sr. ServiceNow Consultant to join our team

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 8+ years in ServiceNow

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

CMDB Governance: Define, enforce, and monitor CMDB policies, standards, and SLAs.

CMDB Design & Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders, configure/customize CMDB, maintain CI relationships.

CI Lifecycle Management: Oversee CI identification, registration, and lifecycle changes.

Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure CMDB accuracy, conduct audits, resolve discrepancies.

Change & Release Management Integration: Align CMDB with approved changes/releases, support CAB meetings.

Reporting & Analysis: Create dashboards, analyze data trends, and recommend process improvements.
