About the Role:
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on critical aspects of product development and optimization. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to analyze product performance, benchmark against competitors, monitor market trends, and help guide data-driven decisions. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the entire product lifecycle—from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of our product's features, performance, and user behavior to provide insights that drive product improvements.
- Benchmarking: Regularly assess competitor products and market offerings to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas of improvement for our own product.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for innovation or adjustment in our product strategy.
- A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize key product metrics.
- Monitor Product Performance: Continuously monitor the performance of product features, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements based on data and user feedback.
- Coordinate with Engineering Team: Work cross-functionally with the engineering team to ensure product features are being developed as per requirements and are delivered on time.
- Feature Adoption: Track and analyze user adoption rates for newly launched features, provide recommendations to drive higher engagement, and suggest refinements as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in product analysis and testing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools, product analytics platforms, and market research techniques.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing).
- A "hustle" attitude—proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of projects.
- Basic understanding of product management principles and the software development lifecycle is a plus.
