Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior EC (Employee Central) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Employee Central modules, including Timeoff, Timesheet, and EC Core.

This role involves providing expert-level support, consulting, and implementation services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

- Lead the implementation of Employee Central modules, focusing on Timeoff, Timesheet, and EC Core.

- Conduct system configuration, customization, and integration to meet client needs.

- Develop and document functional and technical specifications.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Employee Central modules.

- Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalations.

- Perform regular system audits and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support to ensure client satisfaction.

- Gather feedback and continuously improve services and solutions.

- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

- Prepare project plans, status reports, and documentation.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules, specifically Timeoff, Timesheet, and EC Core.

- Worked on Foundation objects, MDF objects and Custom Objects, Data Models, Configuration of custom UI screen, Workflow and custom workflow notifications, Document Generation.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

- Proven experience in system configuration, customization, and integration.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.

- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience working in a consulting environment.

- Knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules is advantageous

- Domain experience of around 3 years is an added advantage

- Experience of working with CPI and Payroll team is an advantage
