Role Description :

  • This is a fulltime onsite role located in Bengaluru for SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS Consultants (Min 1yr).
  • The consultants will be responsible for implementing and configuring the SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS modules, conducting system testing, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.
  • They will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Experience as an SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
  • Experience in implementing and configuring SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS modules.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing support for SAP Successfactors ONB/LMS modules.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • SAP Successfactors certification is a plus.
