Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.

- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed.

- Utilize project management tools to track tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

- Organize and facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure stakeholder alignment.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

- Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies.

- Establish quality standards and ensure project deliverables meet these standards.

- Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.

- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and formally accepted by stakeholders.

- Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and project success.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).

- Ability to travel as needed
