Description : - Experience 4-6yrs.- End-to-End Delivery.- Has led an SFMC implementation from discovery to go-live, and how many projects have they delivered?.Architectural Decision : - Has designed a Customer journey, data integration strategy, and a domain/IP warmup strategy?.Complex Journeys : - Has designed a complex journey, which is based on updates, multi-channel, automation studio, exit criteria, and all the features in SFMC Journey builder.Project Operations : - Has owned timelines, scope/RAID tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs during implementation phases?.Technical Depth : - Confirms hands-on with SQL and AMPscript, plus working knowledge of SSJS and HTML/CSS (and basic JavaScript)?.Marketing Knowledge : - Confirms suggesting audience segments, defining KPIs, identifying a new marketing strategy, and implementing it in their project?.Integration Knowledge : - Confirms building REST/SOAP integrations or API-triggered sends with retry/rate-limit handling?
