Project Operations - Managed timelines, scope, RAID tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs throughout implementation phases. - Technical Depth - Hands-on with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript. - Marketing Knowledge Suggested audience segmentation, defined KPIs, and implemented new marketing strategies in projects. - Integration Knowledge Built REST/SOAP integrations and API-triggered sends with retry/rate-limit handling and Salesforce native connectors.
