BDM is Responsible for leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company in the assigned territory – all clean process applications in this case. Be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Thorough knowledge of air filtration products specifically clean process products and detailed applications
  • Liaise with end users, contractors, consultants, contractors and distributors for enhancing business in the assigned region through aggressive lead generations and new projects
  • Grow new customers and expand existing customer business
  • Prepare offers, technical discussions, negotiations, follow up on enquiries
  • Conduct customers seminars to increase the brand awareness & educate them on product range
  • Keeping a track and knowledge on competition offerings for similar applications
  • Distributor appointment & management


Know-how (Education, Work Experience and Business knowledge)

  • B. Tech/B.E. + MBA (Preferred)
  • 10 - 12 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Self-motivated, go getter attitude with good technical aptitude
  • Excellent Communication, presentation, inter-personal and analytical skills
  • Proficient in working with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel extensively for generating business.
