Job Title: Associate Director – SAP S/4HANA Project Delivery Experience Required:Minimum 12 Years Role Overview We are seeking an accomplishedProject Delivery Leaderwith extensive expertise inSAP S/4HANA implementationsto spearhead delivery excellence, presales engagements, and solution design. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge in one or more core process areas,Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P),along with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale programs in themanufacturing industry . Preference will be given to candidates withBig 4 consulting experienceand a strong background inIndia delivery models . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery ofSAP S/4HANA transformation programs , ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution. Drivesolution design and architecturetailored to client's business needs, with a focus on manufacturing industry environments. Providedeep functional expertisein one or more process areas (O2C, R2R, P2P). Supportpresales initiatives , including client workshops, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal defense. Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams todefine SAP-enabled transformation roadmaps . Mentor and guide project teams, fostering professional development and delivery excellence. Build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships at senior levels. Identify opportunities to leverageadditional SAP solutions(Fiori, BTP, IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, EWM, etc.) to enhance client outcomes. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of overall SAP experience , including at least8+ years in delivery leadershipof large-scale S/4HANA programs. Proven experience inend-to-end SAP implementationsacross multiple industries, with emphasis on manufacturing. Strong functional expertise inOrder-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay . Demonstratedpresales capabilities : solution design, client engagement, and proposal support. Solidstakeholder managementand communication skills with strong client-facing presence. Experience inIndia-based delivery modelswith distributed/global teams. Preferred / Added Advantage PriorBig 4 consulting experience , especially inIndia delivery projects . Knowledge ofSouth Indian languages(Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) to support local client engagements. Exposure toglobal rolloutsand multi-country SAP programs. SAP certificationsin relevant modules / S/4HANA.
