Hello,Greetings From ZettaMineJob Description : Application Lead – SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Location:Bengaluru, India Experience Required:Minimum 5 years in SAP FI S/4HANA AccountingRole Overview We are seeking an experiencedApplication Lead – SAP FI S/4HANA Accountingto drive the design, build, and configuration of applications, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives. As the primary point of contact, you will lead cross-functional collaboration, oversee project execution, and provide strategic and technical guidance to your team.Key Responsibilities Act as theSubject Matter Expert (SME)in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, providing technical and functional expertise. Lead, mentor, and manage the application development team, ensuring high performance and accountability. Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key organizational and technical decision-making processes. Collaborate with multiple business and IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with financial and operational objectives. Provide innovative and practical solutions to complex business problems across immediate and extended teams. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums to enhance team skills and capabilities. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance standards, and organizational quality guidelines.Professional & Technical Skills Must-Have Skills: Proven expertise inSAP FI S/4HANA Accounting , including configuration, implementation, and support. Strong understanding offinancial accounting principles and business processes(AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, etc.). Hands-on experience withintegration of SAP FI with other SAP modules(MM, SD, CO) and third-party applications. Ability toanalyze complex business requirementsand translate them into scalable technical specifications. Proficiency withSAP reporting tools, Fiori apps, and data analysis techniques .Good-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, and parallel accounting. Familiarity withS/4HANA migration projectsand new functionalities.
