Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payables Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and expertise in validating and processing supplier invoices. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maintaining accurate financial records.



Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing (Onboarding) new vendor accounts and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Validating and organizing invoices/timesheets(directly received or from different portals) in adherence to bookkeeping standards
  • Resolving vendor disputes through effective email and phone correspondence.
  • Identifying and directing invoice-related inquiries to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintaining various trackers to monitor the real-time status of invoices completed and ongoing inquiries.
  • Allocating expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice and expense reports and recording entries
  • Contributing to achieving accounting and organizational objectives by fulfilling additional tasks as required.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.



Skills

  • 1.5+ years of experience
  • Working knowledge in Excel & Tally, MYOB, and Xero.
  • To assist in the overall function of the accounts dept.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • International Accounting and Financial skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
