Job Title:- Growth Marketer


Experience:- 5+ years 


Job Overview:- 

We are looking to hire a growth marketerwho will be in charge of leading our company's marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands. You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share. Finally, you will be in charge of organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.


Core Responsibilities:- 


  • Experimentation and Data-Driven Approach: Design and run experiments across various marketing channels (email, social media, paid advertising, content, etc.) to discover effective acquisition and growth strategies. Continuously analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Full-Funnel Focus: Understand and optimize the entire customer journey, from awareness to acquisition, activation, retention, and even referral. Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities at each stage.
  • Optimization and Scaling: Iterate on successful tactics to improve performance and scale growth initiatives. Find ways to optimize costs and maximize ROI (Return on Investment).
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Think outside the box to find innovative ways to drive growth, especially in challenging or competitive markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to understand the product and target audience. Align growth strategies with broader business goals.


Desired skills and qualities:- 


  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities to extract insights and inform decision-making. Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Experimental Mindset: Comfortable with rapid testing, learning from failures, and quickly adjusting strategies based on results.
  • T-shaped Marketer: Broad understanding of various marketing channels and tactics (paid ads, content marketing, email, SEO) with the ability to specialize in a few areas.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with marketing technology tools and the ability to learn new ones. Some coding experience might be beneficial.
  • Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas and pivot strategies as needed based on market changes and data insights.
