Specific Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current and future state of business system deliverable, producing story refinement.

• Elicitation of requirements and using those requirements to understand business need with all scenarios.

• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

• Requirements organization

• Understanding, Translating, and simplifying requirements.

• Requirements management and communication with Customer stakeholders, Business, IT and Key Users.

• Requirements analysis and documenting

• Contribute to testing requirements framework (scope, validation, planning, scripts, execution)

• Provide input to project plan, risk assessment, and manage tasks to project schedule

• Assists the Scrum Master/Product Owner in preparing and refining the backlog for PI and Iteration Planning

• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

• Follow our competitors and the industry

• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.


EDUCATION

• Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, or related field.


EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for IoT/Mobile App development

• Experience in Product Development in Smart Home/IoT Connectivity business with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal both locally and globally.

• Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

• Creative thinker with a vision.
