Role Overview

We seek a dynamic Vice President of marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. The role requires a visionary leader with expertise in fintech and investment tech capable of driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and growth strategies. The VP will work closely with the CEO and other leadership to craft and execute marketing strategies that align with company objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies to position fintech and investment platforms as market leaders.
  • Growth and Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition and engagement through digital campaigns, partnerships, and funnels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align marketing with product, sales, and tech teams to ensure cohesive business strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, leverage data insights, and refine strategies to achieve KPIs.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in fintech, investment tech, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the fintech space.
  • Strong understanding of investment platforms, trading solutions, and financial products.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and branding.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in launching and scaling digital products in the fintech space.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • MBA or equivalent degree in marketing or business administration.
