The role demands strong commercialjudgement, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on execution, along with the ability tomentor and guide a small team.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Growth & Performance Own end-to-end brand strategy, revenue growth, and performance across stores. Analyze sales trends, consumer insights, and category performance to identify growth opportunities. Build strong brand partnerships and align on plans, launches, and marketing calendars.Inventory Planning & Optimization Lead store-wise and SKU-wise forecasting and inventory planning. Identify and liquidate slow-moving/problem inventory in collaboration with SCM andRetail Ops. Ensure optimal stock availability and minimize gaps.Retail Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration Ensure seamless execution of launches, activations, and VM updates across stores. Work closely with Retail Ops, VM, Projects, NSO, and Training to elevate in-store brand experience. Drive operational readiness and consistency across the network.Team Leadership Coach, guide, and manage a small team to ensure high-quality execution and performance. Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and data-led decision-making.Process Excellence & Reporting Maintain performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights in weekly/monthly reviews. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and brand operations.Qualifications & Skills 5–7 years’ experience in retail brand management/category management. Strong analytical and commercial skills; proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in leading or mentoring a small team. Strong execution mindset with attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.
