Job Title: HR Analytics Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled HR Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and improve organizational performance. This role will involve analyzing HR data to provide insights and recommendations that support talent management, manpower pyramid and employee engagement initiatives. As an added responsibility the person would also provide support for internal and external talent branding Analytics and Data Management:

- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other relevant sources.

- Metrics Development: Develop and maintain key HR metrics and dashboards to track workforce trends, attrition/ turnover rates, effectiveness of other HR initiatives and HR KPIs.

- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast future workforce needs, identify retention risks

- Insights Generation: Generate actionable insights from HR data analysis to inform decision-making processes related to performance management, employee development, talent branding, organizational design.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with HRIS team , HR business partners, and other departments to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven solutions.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and practices through data analysis and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data integrity and security standards in all HR analytics Reporting: Prepare and present reports , dashboards and visualizations to HR leadership and other stakeholders, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.

- The person should have excellent report making skills in Power Point

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Talent Branding:

- Social media uploads and management with Intcom team

- Managing HR data on intranet

- Other internal & external talent branding initiatives from HR

- Good to have skills - Create and manage employee branding videos, Video making , Design skills for mailers Education: Master's degree in Human Resources / Any additional courses in Statistics /Data Science/ Business Analytics or a related field.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related analytical role. An exposure to talent branding and employee engagement would be an added requirement

- Proven experience in reporting and data analysis, preferably in a similar industry or role.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and metrics. Experience working with HRIS systems and HR databases is highly desirable.

- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently .
