Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Test Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-level testing engagements, drive strategic QA initiatives, and ensure flawless delivery across multiple programs.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in functional and automation testing, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end testing delivery across large and complex programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

- Define and implement test strategies aligned with business goals and technical architecture.

- Lead teams across manual, automation, and performance testing, with a hands-on approach when needed.

- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand the landscape and deliver value-driven solutions.

- Guide teams in using Selenium, Appium, Windows App Driver, and basic scripting with Python.

- Ensure best practices in Agile QA, including sprint planning, defect management, and continuous improvement.

- Provide mentoring, coaching, and technical oversight to test leads and engineers.

Must-Have Skills :

- 1820 years of total experience with at least 810 years in a test management or delivery leadership role.

- Proven track record managing large QA teams and high-stakes testing programs.

- Strong understanding of functional testing, test processes, and Agile delivery.

- Hands-on knowledge of Selenium, Appium, Windows App Driver, and scripting in Python.

- Expertise in reporting, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.

- Experience in formulating and executing test strategies for enterprise systems.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Gen AI concepts or Agent-based automation (e.g., test agent creation, refinement).

- Familiarity with automation frameworks and toolchains beyond Selenium (e.g., Cucumber, TestNG).

- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
