Job Description Location ¿ Bangalore 13+ years of experience in QE/Test Management, with 5+ years in transformational leadership roles.

Transformation & Innovation Lead QE modernization initiatives including Intelligent Automation, SDET enablement, and Real Time Dashboarding.

Introduce and scale AI/ML, Gen AI, and autonomous testing techniques into the testing lifecycle.

Evaluate emerging tools, Po C new technologies, and champion adoption across teams.

Develop and promote reusable IP, accelerators, and best practices for scalable QE delivery.

Thought Leadership Collaborates with customer stakeholder and implement QE practice QE strategy, contributing to enterprise-level QE transformation roadmaps.

Mentor and coach cross-functional teams on QE principles, tooling, and innovation.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of QE deliverables in Agile/Dev Ops environments.

Collaborate with product, development, architecture, and release teams to embed quality from the start.

Manage risk, compliance, and traceability throughout the testing lifecycle.

Monitor QE metrics (test coverage, defect leakage, automation ROI) and continuously improve test effectiveness and efficiency.
