In this role, you will oversee a team of TLs & BDAs responsible for engaging with potential learners/parents, qualifying leads, and inviting them to attend office demos or career guidance sessions.You will ensure that every generated lead is nurtured effectively and translated into high-quality walk-ins for our sales team, directly impacting conversion and revenue growth.Employment Type: 6 months probation + Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification & Invitation ManagementDrive end-to-end lead qualification and invitation funnel — from lead assignment → first call → pitch → demo invitation → office visit.Ensure the team delivers high volumes of quality invites with consistent follow-ups and engagement.Track key metrics including invite-to-show ratios and call-to-visit conversions .Team LeadershipManage and mentor a team of BDAs, and Team Leads in the invitation function.Coach team members on pitching techniques, objection handling, empathy-driven conversations, and productivity optimization.Conduct daily/weekly reviews to monitor call quality and funnel progress/conversionsEstablish SOPs, call scripts, and KPIs for the invitation process.Monitor dashboards (calls made, invites sent, demos scheduled, walk-ins achieved).Identify bottlenecks in lead handling and implement quick corrective actions.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with the Lead Generation team for smooth and timely lead flow.Partner with the Sales/Closure team to align on walk-in targets and ensure a consistent funnel.Share insights with other teams regarding lead quality, audience behavior, and objections.Reporting & AnalysisDeliver weekly reports on calls, invites, walk-ins, and invite-to-visit ratios.Analyze data to forecast performance, set realistic team targets, and improve show-up rates.Recommend strategies to reduce lead drop-offs and increase visit conversions.Qualifications & Requirements3–6 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Qualification roles within EdTech, Upskilling, or other high-ticket B2C industries.Proven team management experience (ABDMs / TLs).Strong expertise in lead qualification, cold calling, pitching, and objection handling.Excellent communication skills in English + at least one regional language (Hindi, Malayalam ,Bengali, Gujarati,Odia etc.).Proficiency in CRM tools, call tracking systems, and sales dashboards.Highly target-driven, process-oriented, and data-driven approach to managing funnels.Work Location & DaysWork from Madhya Pradesh / West Bengal / Gujarat / Odisha / Kerala depending on territory.6-day working weekTraining Location : HyderabadWork Timings : 11:00 AM – 9:00 PMNo.of Working days / Weekoffs : Rotational (Not on Saturday–Sunday)Why Join Us?Lead the invitation/pre-sales team for one of India’s fastest-growing EdTech startups.Play a critical role in driving lead quality and volume—the lifeblood of the sales funnel.Attractive CTC + performance-based incentives.Fast-track growth opportunities to Senior Manager and higher leadership roles.
