About the Company:
Since its foundation in 1950, Sporting Syndicate has grown to become the Largest Manufacturer and Exporter of Sporting Goods in India and are involved many sports including Football, Cricket, Rugby, Basketball, Athletic-Gear etc.
About the role:
We are looking for an individual to manage Ecommerce operations for our brand- Synco Sports. The roles and responsibilities will include:
- Management- Managing the Ecommerce Sales department and its day-to-day operations
- Sales- Ensuring the department meets all Sales targets
- Branding- Ensuring brand guidelines are followed everywhere
- Ad Campaigns- Managing all brand campaigns and achieving targets W.R.T. them
- Stock- Ensuring all product stock levels are maintained
- Customer care- Follow customer care guidelines and achieving targets
- Return reconciliation- Maintaining proper documentation w.r.t. returns, achieving minimal return targets and coordinating with Accounting team for Reconciliation
- Coordination- Work with different departments including Manufacturing, Purchase, Quality Control, etc. W.R.T. your orders
- Marketing- Work on Digital Marketing campaigns, including Social Media Marketing, to boost brand awareness and interaction
- New Opportunities- Explore new opportunities to increase revenue stream, including new product development
- Logistics- Supervising the brand's warehouse and logistical operations
About you:
- Experience- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ecommerce Sales is required
- Management- Previous experience in Managing a department is highly desired
- Advertising- Portrayed brilliant results in advertising campaigns
- Strategy- Portrays the ability to showcase strategical thinking skills
- Leadership- Ability to lead team and a department
- Sports Products- Understanding of Sports products/ Apparel is desired but not required
- Hard Working- Willingness to work hard and passionately towards set goals
