Strategic Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team at ITech Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd.
About the Role:This is a critical position that requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account development strategies to drive sales growth and penetration in assigned regions or customers.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and performance metrics using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize account development approaches and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Engage in regular meetings with sales teams to share best practices, discuss challenges, and align on sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in sales or account management, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Competitive salary: ₹10,50,000 per annum (estimated), based on your qualifications and experience.
