Job Overview:

We are looking for an Ecommerce Director to manage our Synco Sports brand. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading Ecommerce Sales department and overseeing day-to-day operations
• Achieving Sales targets through effective strategies and team management
• Ensuring Brand Guidelines are consistently applied across all channels
• Developing and executing successful Ad Campaigns to meet targets
• Maintaining optimal product stock levels and resolving any issues promptly
• Fostering exceptional Customer care experiences and meeting set targets
• Coordinating Return reconciliation processes with the Accounting team for accurate documentation
• Collaborating with departments like Manufacturing, Purchase, Quality Control, etc. for seamless order fulfillment
• Driving Digital Marketing campaigns, including Social Media, to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Exploring new revenue streams through innovative product development and strategic partnerships
• Overseeing warehouse and logistical operations to ensure smooth delivery of products

About the Role:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Ecommerce Sales is required
• Prior experience in managing a department is highly desirable
• Proven success in Advertising campaigns with significant results
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic thinking skills
• Strong Leadership skills to motivate and lead teams effectively
• Understanding of Sports products/Apparel is a plus but not necessary
• Ability to work diligently and passionately towards achieving set goals

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
