Ecommerce Director for Sporting Syndicate

About Us:
Sporting Syndicate, the largest manufacturer and exporter of sporting goods in India, is looking for an Ecommerce Director to manage its e-commerce operations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Ecommerce Director to lead our e-commerce sales department and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales and proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage and lead the e-commerce sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Product Management: Ensure all product stock levels are maintained and work with the manufacturing team to resolve any issues.
- Customer Care: Ensure customer care guidelines are followed and maintain minimal return targets.
- Ad Campaigns: Manage all brand campaigns and achieve targets. Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Logistics: Supervise the brand's warehouse and logistical operations.
About You:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales required.
- Management: Previous experience in managing a department is highly desired.
- Advertising: Portrayed brilliant results in advertising campaigns.
- Strategy: Portrays the ability to showcase strategical thinking skills.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team and department.
- Sports Products: Understanding of sports products/apparel is desired but not required.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
