Job Description:

Exterro is looking for a dynamic Channel Manager for APAC & MEA.

In this key role, you will oversee our partner network in these regions, ensuring smooth operations and identifying new sales

opportunities. You will manage partner onboarding, account mapping, and lead pipeline reviews.

Your primary focus will be developing our partner maturity program, including program development,

renewal, and retention. You will excel in customer service through effective communication,

relationship building, and knowledge sharing. Additionally, you will coordinate Exterro’s channel

development program to maximize our strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:


 Collaborate with global Channel, Marketing, and Sales teams to create comprehensive

channel strategy plans for your territory.

 Develop and expand a strong channel network, engaging top eDiscovery, privacy service

providers, digital forensics, and cybersecurity partners.

 Implement joint marketing plans with partners and the internal marketing team to foster joint

market initiatives.

 Engage in strategic conversations about Exterro's Data Risk Management solutions to

enhance brand positioning.

 Perform business analysis, providing recommendations and communications to clients.

 Track partner success and generate insightful weekly account updates and reports.

 Enhance sales efforts by identifying and leveraging channel lead opportunities.

 Identify and nurture potential partnerships in early-stage business development.

 Drive opportunities by connecting partners with sellers and collaborating with account teams

to align Exterro solutions with business needs.

 Manage customer lead and contact activity, ensuring efficient communication with all

stakeholders.


Experience:

 3-5 years of successful experience in channel and sales (requirement)

 Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

 Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.

 Proven ability to work seamlessly within multi-departmental teams.

 Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional teams.

 Ability to learn product offerings and understand customer needs.

 Advocate for customer satisfaction, acting as a liaison between clients and Exterro.

 Positive and solution-oriented mindset.

 Strong awareness of client needs, considering perspectives from partners, services, sales,

and program development.

 High energy and self-motivation.

 Previous experience in software sales.

 Expertise in relationship and account management.

 Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.

 Willingness to travel as needed (50%)
