The ideal candidate will use a deep understanding of our products and services to drive sales by demonstrating how our solutions can meet customer needs and solve their specific business challenges. The Sales Engineer will be a key advisor to clients and an essential liaison between our sales and engineering departments.Key responsibilities Key responsibilities include providing pre-sales technical support through presentations and demonstrations, analyzing client needs to design solutions, assisting the sales team with proposals and business cases, building strong client relationships, and relaying customer feedback to product development. They also offer post-sales support and troubleshooting, stay informed on market trends, and maintain CRM records.Qualifications and requirements A Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred Fresher / ExperiencedProbationary period Two-Three months (for fresher only).Position and Duties: The Employee agrees to work as Sales Engineer and to perform the duties and responsibilities listed below, and as may be reasonably assigned by the Employer from time to time. Maintaining records of sales activities and tender submissions.
