Problem-solving skills Ability to travel extensively Domestic and International (Prefered)Key Responsibilities: The Sales Engineer shall aim to maximize profits through the implementation strategies throughoutmarket. Analyzing and investigating customer requirement, demand and competition Devising and presenting ideas and strategies Marketing activities like providing presentation and technical know-how to the probable end users Follow-up enquires & monitoring customer satisfaction throughout business cycle Field work and should work on Targets both Domestic and International Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs. Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback. Review and respond to customer inquiries and complaints. Travel to international markets to attend tradeshows, conferences, and customer meetings. Manage sales and customer service activities. Develop and maintain a customer database.
