Lead Generation Specialist – US & Middle East MarketsLocation:Pune / Nagpur Experience Required:4–8 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experiencedLead Generation Specialistwith a strong focus on theUS and Middle East markets. The role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality B2B leads to support the global sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using prospecting tools, CRM systems, and outreach strategies tailored to international markets. This is atarget-driven rolerequiring strong research abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to engage with senior decision-makers across regions. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in theUS and Middle East marketsthrough online research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, cold calling, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Qualify prospects based ondecision-making authority, business needs, and budgets. Collaborate with the sales team to refineideal customer profiles (ICPs)and target industries for both regions. Build and maintain a robustpipeline of qualified leadsto achieve monthly and quarterly goals. Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and multi-channel engagement. Track and manage all lead activities inCRM tools(Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Work closely with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with regional business objectives. Stay updated onmarket trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavioracross both the US and Middle East. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–7 years of proven experience inB2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development, focused oninternational markets (US and/or Middle East preferred). Strong understanding ofB2B lead generation strategiesand regional business dynamics. Excellentverbal and written communication skills(neutral/US accent preferred). Proficiency withCRM systems(Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.). Proven ability tomeet and exceed lead generation targets. Stronganalytical, research, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Preferred Skills Prior experience generating leads forSaaS, IT services, or B2B solutionsinUS or Middle East markets. Understanding ofregional business cultures, sales cycles, and decision-making processes. Knowledge ofemail automation and lead nurturing platforms.
