This role acts as a critical bridge between internal teams, external partners, and customers-ensuring successful implementation, delivery, and continuous optimization of Riskcovry's insurance infrastructure solutions.- The ideal candidate is a proactive project leader with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of partner integration and implementation projects.- Define project scope, objectives, and timelines in alignment with business goals. - Manage project milestones, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion.2. Stakeholder Management:- Act as the single point of contact between internal teams (Tech, Product, Operations) and external partners.- Ensure clear communication, expectation management, and smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.3. Quality Control & Risk Management- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.- Ensure compliance with internal standards and partner requirements.- Monitor project performance to maintain high-quality deliverables.4. Reporting & Documentation- Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and performance summaries for leadership.- Maintain proper documentation for project plans, partner communications, and delivery notes.Qualifications & Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.Experience:- 4-5 years of experience in project or partner management, preferably in FinTech, InsurTech, or SaaS environments.- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.- Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
