In this multifaceted role, you will drive sales growth, provide exceptional support to our customers and vendors, and manage order processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a keen interest in the startup landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and maintain healthy relations with vendors.
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer and vendor satisfaction and retention.
  • Collecting, organizing and maintaining orders related data.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Specifically MSExcel

Salary – 20-30k/Month
