Senior Integration Analyst

Description : Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.The Senior Integration Analyst is responsible for supporting workflows and projects aimed at improving the efficiency and growth of athenahealths interoperability network or backbone.This network supports the transmission of various healthcare documents including lab results, imaging results, patient demographics, charges, appointments and prescriptions between athena and a Trading Partner.The Implementation Senior Analyst manages a large queue of projects for new Imports and existing table spaces build out and proactively identifies workflow deficiencies.Additionally, the Senior Analyst will maintain relationships with vendors and work Production Support tasks as assigned.Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To : - Project management and Imports, including collector and clinical data- Serves as a subject matter expert and assists the team with their questions.- Should act as the go-to person for all process related issues.- Communicating with clients, vendors and internal athena stakeholders to convey Import status and timelines;.- Managing a high volume of projects and tasks with competing priorities;.- Developing a comprehensive understanding of athenahealths healthcare transactions and how relationships between teams and their workflows influence complex problem solving.- Identifying operational inefficiencies and process breakdowns;
