You’ll build financial visibility, drive planning processes, and provide insights that empower strategic decision-making.This is a high-ownership, hands-on role anchoring the finance function — focusing on forward-looking analysis, business partnering, and scaling financial systems.Key Responsibilities1) Lead FP&A – budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and unit economics2) Own MIS & reporting – deliver timely, accurate business and financial insights3) Build & enhance financial models to support product, ops, and growth decisions4) Partner with leaders to evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives and pricing5) Improve finance processes, dashboards, and internal controls6) Liaise with external accounting partners for bookkeeping, reconciliations & compliance7) Support audits, investor reporting, and board requirementsWhat We’re Looking For1) Strong ownership mindset and reliability2) Excellent analytical and numerical ability3) Meticulous attention to detail4) Excitement to shape a fast-scaling fintechPreferred Qualifications1) 4–7 years’ experience in FP&A / Business Finance / MIS / Reporting2) Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; SQL/BI tools exposure is a plus3) Working knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping (Tally a bonus)4) CA Mandatory5) Prior startup experience is an advantage
