The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with B2B technology clients and background in Agency only, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for client servicing on assigned accounts. - Manage client briefings, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams. - Coordinate with creative, design, content, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects. - Support in the preparation of strategy presentations, proposals, and reports for clients. - Oversee project workflows to ensure deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met. - Assist in organizing and managing event-related deliverables in coordination with clients and internal teams. - Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on B2B technology brands and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.Available to Join Immediately or within 15 daysRequirements- 0–1 year of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably with B2B technology clients. - Strong interest in working with B2B brands and tech-driven campaigns. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. - Comfortable working full-time from office and available to support on 12–15 weekends annually for events. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.What We Offer- Opportunity to work closely with leading B2B technology brands. - Exposure to diverse projects spanning digital, creative, and event-based deliverables. - A collaborative work environment that encourages growth and learning. - Hands-on client-facing experience from the very beginning of your career.Interested Candidates can share their resume on sanya@adeptglobal.com
