The role requires strong exposure to factory HR, labour laws, government liaison, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement.Required Experience 12-15 yearsof experience inHR & IRin a manufacturing/industrial plant. Strong knowledge ofFactory Act, Labour Laws, compliance management, disciplinary procedures , and government liaison. Hands-on experience inpayroll, statutory compliance, and industrial workforce handling .Key Responsibilities Drive full-cycle recruitment from manpower planning to onboarding. Coordinate with HODs to align manpower requirements with organizational planning. Handle statutory compliance:PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Income Tax , and filing returns. Liaison with government authorities:PF, ESIC, Labour Dept., Industrial Safety, MIDC, MPCB, Factory Inspectorate, Local Bodies, Insurance . Manage factory & labour license renewal/amendments. Handle employee discipline:absenteeism, counseling, grievances , and draftingshow cause, warning letters, charge sheets, and termination letters . Manage labour court cases and maintain healthy industrial relations. Identify training needs, organize training programs, and track effectiveness. Plan employee engagement activities: celebrations, games, newsletters, medical & welfare camps. Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll processing, salary records, and leave/loan management. Implement KRAs, onboarding systems, performance appraisal frameworks, and reward programs. Ensure medical facilities, mediclaim processing, and safety readiness (firefighting equipment, emergency tie-ups). SupportISO/IATF documentationand ensure compliance across HR & IR functions.
